Actually, I am pretty sure that IE7 has the middle-mouse-scroll-wheel-click-thingy trick, too. You can also use that to close tabs (as in IE7).

Yeah, I also found that it’s really fast compared to Firefox browser. Perhaps, it’s because Firefox has too many add-ons and also it seems to check the updates for the add-ons all the time. Thanks for sharing the tips!
