View Firefox Web Browser History Visually with Thumbstrip
February 21, 2008 – 9:55 pmIf you take a look at your Mozilla Firefox History sidebar now, it is not very intuitive isn’t it? All links are listed in plain text file, making it troublesome for one to identify recently browsed website in an instant. Thumbstrip is a Firefox add-on that attempt to solve this problem, by taking screen shots of browsed websites to replace the default Mozilla Firefox web browser history sidebar.

What Thumbstrip Does
Thumbstrip records your web browsing history in the form of small thumbnails / screen shots that can be displayed as a filmstrip in a collapsible bar at the bottom of Mozilla Firefox. By doing so, you don’t have to guess which link relates to which websites - Thumbstrip shows you the visual web page layout in an instant! You can click on any of the filmstrip to open the corresponding website.
