@Sk8ter: I don’t know if you can do that with Photoscape. Try Photoshop instead.

i just want to know how to change your eye colour on photoscape. ive looked everywhere and i cant seem to find how to.

Love Photoscape but color picker tool is by far the worst I ve seen … can this not be integrated in to editor some way ?

@Deanna: I don’t think Photoscape can accomplished this. The only thing that I can find is the red-eye removal tool.
