Greasemonkey Script: Get More Relevant Stories from Digg with DiggTaggr
September 6, 2007 – 10:58 pmDigg is easily one of the best people powered community that presents you with the best contents from the Internet but Digg is far from perfect. Not all good stories get voted to the top of Digg charts, thus DiggTaggr Greasemonkey script was created to bring you more relevant stories from a specific Digg post.

How DiggTaggr Works
The concept is very simple. You click on a digg story that you want to read. Somehow you feel that you need more relevant content to that topic. With DiggTaggr installed, relevant post to the topic will be displayed in a list just below the Digg topic title and description, complete with the number of Digg votes. Isn’t that great

How To Install and Use DiggTaggr
1- Install the Greasemonkey script for Mozilla Firefox. Here is how to do it.
2- Install Brian Shaler’s DiggTaggr script by clicking here. Click “Install” when you are prompted to do so.
3- Open Digg.com. Click one of the Digg numbers icon to read descriptions of a Digg post. Your DiggTaggr relevant stories to the post will be displayed nicely below the post description.
Because DiggTaggr gets its relevant stories from some databases, sometimes it fails in finding relevant stories of a new topic / keywords. Other than that, DiggTaggr really helps you to find and digg more relevant stories of your favorite topic, thus fulfilling its promises - “Delivering Relevance to Digg“.

Pretty cool. Since I’m quite active on Digg, I think I’ll try this one.
