5 Cool New Features of Yahoo! Mail
August 29, 2007 – 12:16 amI’ve written previously that Yahoo! Mail got a new facelift, not realizing that Yahoo! Mail Beta is not that beta anymore. Yes, Yahoo! had decided to go live with the new Yahoo! Mail interface offering more features that makes it more attractive and useful to free email users.

Here are 5 Cool New Features of the revamped Yahoo! Mail:
1- Inbox Auto Check - the new Yahoo! Mail automatically refreshes your Inbox to check for new mail on the interval of every ten minutes.
2- Reading Pane - Yahoo! Mail incorporates a new reading pane just below your mail documents list. Click a mail document and the document will be previewed at the Reading Pane. Imagine Microsoft Outlook, online. Double click a mail document to open up a new tab for a full view.

3- Integrated Chat - now you can chat with your other Yahoo friends directly within the Yahoo! Mail interface. Yahoo! Messenger client downloads looks so ancient nowadays.

4- Drag and Drop - easily move mail documents between Inbox to folders etc. with the ease of dragging and dropping mail documents. Awesome!
5- Keyboard Shortcuts - just press ‘n’ to compose a new mail and ‘p’ to print. Check out the full keyboard shortcuts.
Check out and try the all new Yahoo! Mail features today and tell me what you think about it. Don’t worry if you don’t like the interface, you can always switch back to the old style at any time, easily.
Bonus feature: Read RSS Feed from your Yahoo! Mail interface.
